These Terms of Service govern your use of Booklens, an AI-powered reading product operated by DeepSight that generates personalized reading reports based on a book title, optional author, and your reading goal.

1. Use of Booklens

You may use Booklens for personal learning, research, and reading support. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to overload the service, reverse engineer the system, or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. AI-generated content

Booklens uses AI to generate reports based on model-known information, public context, and your stated goal. Reports may contain errors, omissions, or uncertain interpretations. Booklens does not guarantee that any report is complete, authoritative, or equivalent to reading the full original book.

3. Copyright and source material

Booklens is designed to create original analytical reports, not to reproduce books. You should not use Booklens to request or distribute copyrighted text in a way that violates applicable law or rights holders' interests.

4. Accounts and payments

Free and paid features may change over time. During the early launch period, Pro Weekly PDF payments may be processed through PayPal and access may be activated automatically through payment webhooks after the provider confirms payment. Automated billing, subscription management, renewal, cancellation, email delivery scheduling, and provider-specific checkout flows may be added or changed later. Refund rules are described in our refund policy.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Booklens available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, or be limited to protect service quality and cost.

6. Limitation of liability

Booklens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Booklens after changes means you accept the updated terms. Booklens is operated by DeepSight.
