Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Booklens paid plans once payments are enabled. Booklens is operated by DeepSight.
1. Free plan
The free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds.
2. Subscription refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may cancel the agreement and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. We will process eligible refund requests in line with this policy and applicable payment provider requirements.
3. Renewal payments
You can cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process provided by the payment provider. Refund rights for renewal payments will be handled according to applicable law, payment provider requirements, and the 14-day minimum refund standard where applicable.
4. AI generation failures
If a paid generation fails because of a technical issue and no usable report is delivered, contact us. We may restore usage credit, regenerate the report, or issue a refund depending on the situation.
5. Abuse and misuse
Refunds may be refused for misuse, abuse, policy violations, or excessive use inconsistent with the intended service.
